You will immediately notice the fresh air that surrounds Landal Wirfttal. You will be camping in the lovely area of the Luftkurort Stadtkyll in Germany's Eifel region. The camp site is located in a lovely nature park that lends itself perfectly for walking and cycling trips. There are no fewer than 250 steep inclines in the area, so sports enthusiasts can rise up to the challenge!

Swimming a few lengths in the pool is another of the active opportunities, but you can also relax here as there is a bubble bath, solarium and sauna.
The very youngest can paddle around in the toddlers' pool.
One thing that is great for children is Bollo's Play Grotto: an indoor games paradise with various attractions. Climbing, clambering or playing video games; everything is possible in the games hall! And if that's not enough, the young children can play outside in the lovely playground.
If you like fishing, cast your line in the reservoir! You have free use of wireless internet if you take your own laptop; you can use the internet in the attractive restaurant for a payment.
Many things are organised for young and old in the school holidays.

Local Area

The camp site is located in a beautiful nature park so a trip through the lovely woods should not be missed. There are many small villages in the area. After a day trip you can make your way to one of the restaurants.

The chalets have more space and comfort than 'classic' static caravans and there is usually more storage space.
The interior is typically as follows: Living room with entrance and a dining/sitting area (which can usually be adapted into an additional double bed), Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with two single beds or bunk beds.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet (sometimes a separate toilet). Fitted kitchen with a 2 to 4 ring gas hob and fridge. Plenty of storage space for personal possessions. In most cases your chalet will have a covered wooden terrace with garden furniture for relaxing outdoors.
Some camp sites offer bungalows. These differ very little from chalets regarding the interior. It is possible that one or more of the bedrooms will be upstairs, and you should also be aware that not all bungalows are detached.
