A camp site full of atmosphere in central Germany, situated on the River Main between Würzburg and Aschaffenburg. The site is located on the edge of the village of Triefenstein-Lengfurt on a large bend in the Main in the northern part of Bavaria, so not far from Hessen (Frankfurt) and Baden-Württemberg. One of the loveliest camp sites in the area with spacious pitches.
The site is bordered on one side by beautiful deciduous woods and on the other side by the River Main 500 metres away.
It is a well serviced family friendly camp site with lovely comfortable modern sanitary facilities. Several pitches have electricity and water. There are activities for the whole family. There are various sports fields, you can go kayaking on the Main, there is lovely cycling alongside the Main and you can go water skiing. There is a holiday club for children in high season and you will find a swimming pool next to the camp site (extra charges apply).

It is enjoyable cycling along the level pathways alongside the river. The area is exceptionally beautiful, with all its romantic vineyards and picturesque villages with half-timbered houses in the hilly countryside. The town of Würzburg with its castle and lively centre is well worth a visit. You will find everything in this region for a perfect holiday.
